Function Hire
The Club is available to hire for both members and non members and commercial organisations. It makes an ideal venue for all occasions hosting weddings, christenings, parties, reunions, business briefings, conferences, summer balls and any celebration where you need plenty of room.
The club works closely with Occasions Marquees to provide marquees to accommodate functions from 50 to 500 people.
In addition the club can also be hired by groups during the summer months as a venue for camping. The club already hosts ANDOBA Double F.I.T.A Star and the HOGRAOST weekend to name but a few.
There are two fully licensed bars in the club which can be opened to accommodate the event size.

The Loveridge Room
The Loveridge is the smaller of the two function rooms dedicated to the former Mayor Martin Loveridge.
The room is ideal for a smaller function and holds up to 30 people comfortably. Please note The Loveridge is not available to hire at weekends Through September to April (Rugby Season).
There is disabled access. Toilets are located on the ground floor only.

Need music for your function?
Revival Disco Services can help you find the right DJ and disco for your special occasion. They have themed discos, karaoke and video discos available.
All of the DJs recommended by Revival Disco Services are specially selected for the right occasion. They ensure that they are insured and portable appliance tested. As a member of the National Association of Disc Jockeys they can call on fellow members to help out when required.
